• Your site must be a site that is meant for visitors, not a personal blog (it's okay if you have both though).
• 88x15 or 88x30 button (Optional)
• You must get 5+ unique hits a week. Neopets Help bases on quality, not quanity!
• Put our button on your affie list/pending list before you apply
