The  best way to make money buying scratch cards is to re-sell them! Each scratch card kiosk will sell you is actually a random scratch card for your current fee. Even the most common cards will earn you a few neopoints if you resell it. The rarer ones will earn more, some are worth over 100k Neopoints. So check the Shop Wizard before you resell or scratch it! REMEMBER: Where you scratch the card doesn't matter.
